Giveaway Terms & Rules

  1. Eligibility: To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. No purchase is necessary. We are not accepting international entries for this Giveaway. Void where prohibited.
  2. How to Enter: Fill out the online form provided on this site. Make sure to provide all required information for contact to claim prize. One submission per person with additional entries utilizing social sharing as prompted by the give-away form. By entering the Valloween Giveaway, you agree to abide by these rules and confirm your eligibility. 
  3. The Winner will only be selected if following the four Instagram Accounts hosting this Valloween Giveaway: @spookycatpress  @grimwreath   @purgatorycandleco   @thehouseofghoulishwonder and actively joined in The Grim Wreath Collective Facebook Group at the time of drawing.
  4. Consent to join our Email List: By entering the Giveaway, you are subscribing to the email lists of Spooky Cat Press and Grim Wreath, LLC. Each shop will contact the winner directly with the email and to the name provided at entry.
  5. Entry Period: The Giveaway starts on Feb 8, 2025, at 12:00AM and ends on Feb 13, 2025, at 12:00AM (Eastern Time). 
  6. Prizes: The total value of the combined gift card prize is $355. The Prize bundle is 1 x $75.00 USD Gift Card + 2 Pairs of Socks ($25) from Spooky Cat Press, 1 x Mini Wreath from Grim Wreath ($180), 1 x Premium Candle from Purgatory Candle ($30), 1 x Handmade Craft BOO-quet from House of Ghoulish Wonder ($45)
  7. Winner Drawing: The drawing will be held on Feb 14, 2025, and announced that evening in The Grim Wreath Collective Facebook Group. The Winner is chosen at random from eligible entries using the app Viral Sweep. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  8. Winner Notification: The Winner will be emailed within two (2) days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be chosen with a second drawing.
  9. Rights Granted: By entering, you grant Spooky Cat Press, Grim Wreath, LLC, Purgatory Candle Co, and the House of Goulish Wonder permission to use your entry for promotional purposes on social media and in the Giveaway announcements.
  10. Privacy Policy: Your submitted information is protected by our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data.
  11. Not Affiliated with Social Media: This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Shopify.
