Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spookycatpress.com. Please read the following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy. 

 

Shipping Rates:

  • Greeting Cards, Gift Wrap, Stickers, Art prints, and Phone cases are rated by weight + distance by carrier. We get an excellent rate with our Shopify discount.
  • Clothing and Mugs SHIP FREE (Domestic US only)

 

Domestic shipment processing time:

 

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on the service provider chosen.
  • Some Clothing items have processing time of 5-7 business days and will be notated on the product description page.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • Package tracking information will be emailed to you (if available).
  • If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with a new package arrival date.

 

International Shipping Policy:

 

    • We are currently shipping our GREETING CARDS to Mexico, Canada, South America, Europe, Taiwan, and Japan. 
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the carrier you select.
    • A $2.99 USD handling fee is applied to International shipments
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for International orders. 
    • If something is lost or damaged, please contact us for a replacement by emailing: help@spookycatpress.com

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns Policy:

  • Please see our Return & Refund policy for detailed information. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
