Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not happy with your Spooky Cat product, we will always do our best to make it right.

If addresses are incorrectly provided during checkout, we are not responsible for your lost packages.

If a customer orders the incorrect sizes of a phone case or clothing item, we will accept returns with a 30% restocking fee as these items are made-per-order.

RETURNS:

·  Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus the original shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sale items are not eligible for a return.

·  Greeting Cards, Gift Wrap, Phone Cases, Mugs, and Clothing are returnable unused, unopened within 30 days of receipt with a 30% restocking fee minus the original shipping cost.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? We try and make it easy for you.

1) To process your returns please contact help@spookycatpress.com

2) We will email you a return label.

3) Secure the prepaid label your shipping package and drop off at the carrier.

4) We will issue a refund or send a replacement. 

 

LOST PACKAGES:

We are a small company and are at the whim of the carriers we use - USPS and UPS. If packages are lost, we will make every attempt to help you. But please understand, we do not have any control over the packages once they leave our hands.
