Spooky Cat Press is hiring friendly, reliable team members to join our new Casselberry storefront and support our online store operations. This is a floating position, meaning your primary role will be assisting customers in-store, with additional responsibilities helping craft products and supporting online order fulfillment behind the scenes.
We are currently seeking applicants to work in our new storefront and in our fulfillment office.
Store Associate (Retail + Fulfillment) starting ASAP in Casselberry, FL (32707)
Hourly: $16/hr (On-Site), 25 - 30hrs per week
Thursday: 10:30am - 6:15pm
Friday: 10:30am - 6:15pm
Saturday: 10:30am - 6:15pm
Sunday: 11:30am - 5:15pm

8) Are you familiar with Spooky Cat Press, ever visited our website, our Casselberry Store, or seen us at a market or pop-up event?
9) Can you share a little about yourself? Are you a fan of Halloween, Gothic, and Horror themes? Do you have an interest in paper goods and stationery? What are some of your favorite foods and interests?

What You’ll Do:
- Help open and close the storefront
- Greet and assist customers in the shop
- Ring up sales and process transactions using Square POS
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising
- Help keep the storefront and customer bathroom clean and tidy
- Assist with crafting products and support the fulfillment manager as needed
- Help pack and ship online orders
- Assist with inventory organization and light back-of-house tasks
- Support seasonal setup, decorating, store resets, and special events
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, and helpful
- Comfortable working both customer-facing retail and fulfillment tasks
- Able to switch between tasks as needed during a shift
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand and wrist tasks such as folding cards, rolling gift wrap, and packing orders
- Retail, fulfillment, or small business experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Availability:
- Availability required every Thursday–Sunday
- Increased hours may be available during peak seasons and holidays
