Seasonal Fulfillment Associate 

Approximate employment duration - Nov. 1 - Dec. 15, 2026.
Hourly: $16 / Hour (On-Site, Casselberry, FL - HQ)

Candidates with previous order fulfillment, greeting card or stationery company, or Shopify experience will be considered first.

  • Perform various fulfillment tasks, including pulling, picking, and packing customer orders.
  • Assemble shipping boxes, label packages, and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Verify shipping details like quantity, weight, and package sizes.
  • Pick, pack, and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with inventory organization and counts.
  • Inspect products for defects or damage.
  • Craft and assemble products, which may involve card folding, paper rolling, stickering, assembling boxes, boxing card sets, sorting, and more.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office.
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory, shipping supplies, and other items appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Great attention to detail with a willingness to learn, listen, and help.
  • Resourceful, organized, and able to adapt quickly.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Online order fulfillment experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Heavy use of hands and wrists for packing and preparing orders.
  • Reaching, crouching, and kneeling to gather products for shipping.
  • Regularly lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent use of computers and other necessary technology.
